Great office, lots of free food, 1 hour for lunch, good location, happy workers.

Cons

Not much room for progression in my role, the job can get boring as the business model is repetitive (recipe subscription service)

The culture is really positive, everyone genuinely supports each other. I feel valued and proud to be part of a company that cares about its people and its mission

Cons

There’s always a lot going on, so can feel quite fast-paced. Occasionally some weeks it's harder to maintain work-life balance, but we get early finishes at 3pm on Fridays during summer and 30 days of holiday a year, which is a great benefit
