Pros

They are remote indefinitely. So you get to work from wherever you are. Some of the people you’ll work with will be competent. Nice Lululemon discount

Cons

Managerial team does not care for the growth and development of the team. The Mirror itself is a pretty horrendous product as far as functionally and ease of use. You’ll be putting out fires day after day and be expected to keep a positive attitude about the onslaught of angry customers. Extreme lack of diversity. There’s no discussion about company culture. No celebration or recognition of Pride, BHM, LHM, Indigenous people’s day. The team is getting bigger but there’s no true focus of developing a company culture. Management does very little to connect with employees. All virtual events are run and thought of by associates and not attended by managers because they too are overworked. The tech team gets a lot of the brunt work and are burnt out constantly. There’s a lack of transparency of where the product is going. Software updates are often broken and continuously in a cycle of “robbing Peter to pay Paul”. In the long term Mirror will eventually self-implode if they do not get the product in check and start to care about their employees well-being.

Pros

If you are just out of school then this might be worthwhile in order to gain a bit of experience while looking for a real position with a worthwhile firm. A sort of check-the-box move.

Cons

If you have some experience or are interested in working somewhere that will actually contribute to a career then there are countless reasons not to even send a resume. The main one being that all operations and decision making is currently being handled by an unqualified individual. They have no business running a firm and the resulting issues demonstrate this. If you are hired, you will be at the mercy of their whims which will mean that eventually you will join the ranks of countless people who were promised one thing and then were fired or quit. The work itself is all last minute and shoddy. Mostly brokered out. There is no future here and that is a direct result of the management.

Pros

If you love fitness work for lululemon corporate. They're established and it seems like they care for their customer support team. Our benefits all come from lululemon and the benefits are great.

Cons

Always understaffed. Employees genuinely care about their work but don't have the internal support or resources to provide quality customer support. The holiday season is a nightmare. You'll be expected to work on holidays and then expected to celebrate the sales numbers even though the customer support team is overworked and under paid. No bonuses. This year to thank us for dealing with angry customers they mailed us each two cookies. It's a small team. Zero transparency about salary or growth opportunities. Oh wait. There are no growth opportunities. The work is emotionally exhausting unless you want to spend 8 hours a day apologizing to angry customers who are angry for legitimate reasons.
