      NOt sure what to say, I don't find any pros in working with this company.

      I joined Mobikwik when the tech team was just 5-6 members and we were growing, I really worked day and night to build the team and to grow this company. But unfortunately Bipin (CEO) didn't appreciated any of my hard work. They fired HR head. CTO left right after 6 months of joining this place. CMO left, all senior managers within 6-7 months of joining this company. Because Bipin and Upasana treat people like slaves and they think with the investors money they can buy all the talent. Not sure how MObikwik and Zaakpay get finance clearance they are not secure at all. Avoid joining this company unless you want to be in prison like set with hell lot if lalagiri from Bipin and Upasana.

We have built a robust Talent & Performance Appraisal system, using which we reward Talent at MobiKwik. One of the basic principles of any reward system is "Differentiation" based on performance & potential. We also make sure that enough dialogues happen w.r.t. performance & timely feedback is given to employees who need improvement. Our new HR policies provide all the freedom & sense of "good judgement" to employees as far as work-timings etc are concerned. Some of the things mentioned above seem totally untrue and seem to be written with malicious intent.       Great Co. to start you e-commerce and Finance/ Payments carrier which Is a booming industry.

      Cons

      But if you want to survive you have to literally compromise leave your personal life as they want you to work 24x7 specially if you are in one of the back end technology team. Life is miserable and you will be asked to working like a labour no matter you are 9+ years Exp you can be treated by Founder/Co-founder like a office boy ( I AM NOT KIDDING) The Founder and Co-founder specially - she is a lady who appears good but as she will speak you will wonder is she really and Stanford university. She speaks like a village lady who dont even have etiquette how to speak talk walk or even behave. YES YOU NEED TO LEARN.. Founder - he dont know how to respect a female being a male person I feel bad on how he speak to my co-workers who are female. There are other 2-3 years Exp. Developers in mobile team who are oldies but they behave as CEOs they will treat you like you are of no good no mater you are 10 years exp. And now point in raising a complaint as no ONE HEARS

      Let me give you true feedback 16 leaves in whole year No Cab faculty No Medical insurance Hr still working on Hr policy Saturday and Sunday working if you in operations Most important they will give a damm to your degree, this is the reason the company is getting bank crupt, the internal source told , if you are PHD holder they will put you in customer care
