      There's a lot of friendly people outside of management.

      Cons

      Management disconnected from employees Lack of work in the winter, then they want you to work 7 days in the summer. They fired good people because they don't like them personally.

      Train yourself on everything. Learn to work and know nothing from your superiors.

      Pros

      The pay is pretty good. Don‘t have to work very hard because management doesn’t know any better.

      Cons

      Management has no idea how to lead a company. Decisions are made “from the hip” and there is little strategy or vision. I don’t know what else to say other than they just have no business being responsible for people’s livelihood. I’ve seen many people fired or laid off based on their bad decisions and lack of business understanding.
