I've been working at Morgan McKinley now for over two years now and I can honestly say it's one of the best companies I've ever worked for. The culture here is fantastic and everyone is very supportive and collaborative. Management truly cares about their employees and goes above and beyond to ensure that we're happy and motivated in their roles. One of the things I appreciate most about this company is the emphasis on professional growth and development. There are always opportunities to learn new skills and take on new challenges, and management is very supportive of employees who want to take on additional responsibilities or advance in their careers. The commission scheme is good, pays up to 47% and one of the best things here is the longer you stay the lower the threshold goes down, its unfortunate this year the market has slowed. There is a concept called t-flex which means your hours aren't monitored so you can come and go as you please. This is excellent for going to the gym or booking off-peak appointments. There is a big emphasis on fun and building internal relationships so more of us can collaborate. Sometimes this does detract from getting stuff done however the benefits far ourweigh the cons. Overall, I highly recommend Morgan McKinley to anyone looking for a fulfilling career in a supportive and welcoming environment. It's truly a great place to work!

The basic salary could be a little higher to counter inflation. I'd also like to see more social get togethers as we did before.

- No micromanagement - everyone is treated like an adult and is accountable for their own productivity - Objectives are clearly relayed to all employees - realistic expectations - Early finish Fridays - Proper structure: platform, systems, learning portal, 1-3 months support plans implemented for non-performers to help them achieve objectives instead of immediate termination like other recruitment firms

- Working pace is dynamic, may not be suitable for those who prefer to work at slower pace - As employees are encouraged to come into office, it gets noisy when consultants are on the phone at the same time.

1. Poor management and leadership. Lots of turnover. 2. Awful commission scheme - no incentive to bill. They hire a lot of support staff and put massive pressure on consultants to cover the cost. 3. Poor incentives - plat lunch which is available for high achievers at the end of each quarter is nothing more than a buffet at a cheap hotel. 4. Low expense policy - not able to take clients out for drinks and lunches to win business. The current policy covers coffee only. 5. No career progression - unless you sacrifice your personal life and spend most of your time with them inside and outside of work. Forget about being promoted.

1) Culture- people are very friendly and collaborative. 2) Support- lots of support around your work. 3) Investment- constantly investing in the best tools to do work on.

New policies are good: half day Fri, more flexibility in time and casual dressing. But no practice of it by the way. More in cons

No manager willing to implement the benefits. MD implement good things for all employees but all manager still stuck in the past. Only top billers or managers enjoy benefits. All believe that wfh means you are not working or if you leave office early to wfh means you are slacking off. Not just one team manager but most sales teams feel the same way, no one dare to speak up at all as no one wants to lose job
