Very little career advancement and no career path. Poor management. Transition in current structures leaving staff disgruntled and more work put on lower paid staff. Currently cutting lower and middle management structures and hiring VPs. Tenured employees offered uncertain positions then cut. Upper leadership gap and out of touch with direct care needs. No unemployment, no cobra, no matching 403 b. Should not be considered a serious interest for anyone valuing benefits or long term supports from employer.

Very short sighted outlook on actual business decisions. Training at the onset of the job was very spotty and building a cadence for on-boarding/training was not a priority. Clarity in role is another area to improve upon. There seems to be a lack of explicit expectations for events and what is asked upon you. There is a lack of belief in growth and meeting structure is really awful. Team meetings were archaic at best. There were no strategic conversations around growth plans or
