Weird company to work in the way it does things & operates !
Doesn’t pay overtime not even on bank holidays
You get a “bonus” if it hits all the targets , that’s a big IF
One thinks of German efficiency in todays modern economy but not with this one sadly !
A lot of things still done on paper & then put computer , why ?
Do any other hotels in the U.K. still use registration cards ? Motel one does , bizarre
Most beds are continental twins , this is the U.K.
No hot food at breakfast
No enough staff on duty
Too much management , that old saying too many chiefs etc
My hotel was clicky , staff relationships etc
It’s like the old saying all fur coat & no knickers
Would not recommend this company . While the hotel is a good design doesn’t make it a good employer
