Cons

I'm sure that if one looks under the hood with a critical attitude a con or two could be found, but I can't think of any at this time.

Our goal really is to provide our team with the benefits of a large firm (diversity in project types and scales, resources, etc.) while continuing to offer the great aspects of being small (strong relationships, local presence, awesome culture!). We’ll continue working hard to balance both!
