Working at Musixmatch offers a great work-life balance. The company provides many benefits, including welfare programs, health insurance, and meal vouchers. We also have a “Wellbeing Week,” which means one fully paid week off outside of regular vacation periods, and a 3‑day offsite with the entire company, usually in the Dolomites, with all expenses covered by the company.

Cons

Since the team is quite small, there is often a lot of work to handle. It frequently requires reinventing yourself and being adaptable to tasks outside of your main area of expertise. As in many tech companies after Covid, hiring has been frozen, and when someone leaves, they are not replaced. This leads to the redistribution of responsibilities among those who stay.
