      If you don't have any job then you can join this company

      This company is ruled by a single person , he himself don't know where he want to take this company. The employees are treated as slaves after doing their Masters from premium institutes of India. They will be asked to do all types of job right from shifting the things inward to the company till maintaining lights and a.c too in the company. If you stay over a period of time then there will be no option to move out from the organization

      Alike other R&D Institutions, you'll be given a lot of freedom to carryout your research. More scope for learning Being a small organization, your capabilities comes to focus in a quick span of time

      Cons

      Multidisciplinary in Nature.Capabilities of people are completely misused. Work loads are pretty high. You've to manage everything, Balance between work and personal life is not good. Packages are not so attractive.
