9yThank you for your feedback, which we do appreciate it, be it good bad, or indifferent. Providing support and encouragement to all colleagues is a priority for us at NP. As you know we’ve recently introduced monthly “NP Voice” sessions for colleagues to feed back to the leadership team on aspects of the business you think should be improved. This has been well received and many of the suggestions and ideas have now been actioned. As you may also be aware we’ve been conducting a full review of our Training offering. A revised and improved series of training modules are being rolled out to all consultants this coming quarter.

5yThank you for your feedback. We are doing our best to be inclusive and treat everyone fairly. We have worked a lot on the company’s culture and D&I in the past years and as a result, our attrition rate is really low at the moment. However, we will continue to work on all these programs to ensure that we are creating the best environment for everyone at NP.
