1. 1 year contract basis (applies only for finance dept). Conversion from contract to perm staff is subject to approval based on available headcount a year later, not performance. Good luck cos u gonna need it.
2. Slow system which results in meaningless and unpaid OT clocked. If u have nothing better to do after work hours, then this suits u.
3. Team spirit low, no support & encouragement from managerial level even team members as they expect u to perform without proper training on day 1. If u are a fan of hermit crab, then go for it.
4 Questinable workflow and all executive level are overloaded with tons of work on top of lousy IT system. U need two brains to survive.
5. OT is being judged as part of the staff performance, thus this means work life imbalance. Most of them have no life after work so they stay long hours to show work commitment.
6. Discrimination: if u are a man, forget it cos they prefer ladies who is married but still without kids. Don’t tell them u are in for family planning cos they would strike u off the list immediately.
