27 Oct 2022 - RN Staff NurseRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
The relationship between colleagues are really very good, we fight the battle together, no matter how high the patient load is, how complicated the cases we handle, we can make it, as long as there is no managers involved. Most of the patients are kind, polite and normal to treat, but there is 20% of patients who are no manners and not respecting nurses.
Cons
Except the good relationship with other colleagues like staff nurses, senior staff nurses, some of the pharmacists and housekeeper, there is no pros at all. Here the power distance is too high, up to down one way communication, hygiene factors of nurses will never be met, nursing managers are abusing their coercive power, stopping staff from upgrading themselves by stopping them to go degree, even they go at own risk, managers will do their best to find chances to make their life miserable. There is no clear future personal development plans, managers are telling study is staff’s personal things. Nurses are demotivated, can’t even be motivated as the hygiene factors are not satisfied. There is nothing worth to stay and NCCS don’t deserve good nurses. People are leaving, excellent ssn & sn decided to leave / break bond, the leftover will be those who can’t afford to break bond, or they are aimless, or they are those who never really committed to NCCS.
