In NHG, it has slower career progression.

Decent office environment, friendly colleagues, good for career starter, good training provided, many food places nearby, walking distance to office from mrt, Good AWS bonus

Some colleagues can be impatient and take too much pride in their work, workload will be often push to you although its not your responsibility, often have to meet tight deadline, micromanage by colleagues can be seen at times.

As the work is healthcare related, your meeting will involved clinicians. As a result polling for meetings is a challenge, and they may take place early in the morning or late in the evening, outside of clinic hours.

Some departments have high attrition rate. Healthcare tends to have toxic leaders and environment. Something that needs to change. Leaders don't have clear sense of direction. No proper workflow and lots of redtapes, particularly with Finance and procurement.
