Random Ad hoc jobs are introduced which will interfere with KPI and dock final pay. In extreme cases, they can be worth half your day. High turnover rate, work will be passed down in the form of mandatory OT. KPI will also keep increasing as a result. System slow to change and update, to both staff feedback and actual database Lots of memorizing and learning on the job. Highly hands on. Training is highly lacking, and you are expected to learn on the job. Very few official staff interaction sessions, 95% work. The mandatory OT can vary from 1-2 hours for as long as management sees it necessary. Manpower shortage issues

None. Only stayed there a few months because couldn’t stand the way they worked

Read the benefits properly before you accept any job offers from this company. I didn’t do this diligently and regretted my decision. Also, no workstation given to me and I was only told on the first day I reported for work! Ended up having to borrow workstations to carry out my work. Note: this is not hotdesking; I literally had to borrow workstations!
