      Pros

      Skilled staff, Nice office, Powerful computers

      Cons

      Decision are taken and changed every two months, no commitment on anything, nothing written for fear of commitment, business needs are not taking into account for development and roadmap that also changed every three months, some "SME" knows and it is impossible to challenge them, no product management team, no communication, sharing information is not viewed as an asset, no training, remarks are viewed as negative feedback and sanction mensenger, better to keep a low profile in this company, Yverdon les bains and more especially Y Parc is far away from everything (Train Station, Restaurant, Customers)

      AI Technology that only exists on PowerPoint slides

      Pros

      Many good, friendly people. Office in Y-Parc is nice but too far.

      Cons

      Most of the AI and Machine Learning technology exist on PowerPoint slides only. In reality it's quite basic, rule based solution that's not even real-time. Implementation can be a nightmare and finger pointing and blame games are common...

      A company that everyone should work for once in a career time !

      Great people, open minded management and teams, transparent communication, very collaborative and challenging environment. Many opportunities to be an active change agent and implement new ideas. A company with dynamic teams and brilliant minds - and a casual atmosphere Flexible working time, remote office. Work hard Play hard
