Best Company that I have ever worked in

This company is truly one-of-a-kind, in every way. Its the opposite of corporate slavery and filled with compassion. There are amazing and smart people that work here that won't make you feel dumb for asking a question. The help that you receive in each and every project you are in is amazing. If you have something going on with your life (whether that be illness, family, or other) they will 100% accommodate to the fullest, sometimes even more than just that. Management is 100% transparent and as an employee, you have a say in the company. The work-life balance is great and you work from anywhere in the US. Honestly, I have found nothing wrong with this company and if you have a chance to work here, you should.
Cons
I could not think of one, the worst I can think of is health insurance, however, management is heavily working on it and have been improving it.
