      Good benefits if your older or have health issues

      Cons

      No work-life balance. High expectations(doing more than just your job). Burn out will be experienced. Bad management. Poor planning. Under-staffed. Possible mold in one of the buildings for sure. Alot of two-faced people. Management also makes you feel guilty if you want to use your accrued vacation time or PTO. Unorganized company. High stress often times.
