The company provides decent benefits and offers compensation for courses / certifications employees would like to learn to grow their skills. Working atmosphere is chill and friendly. If you have wonderful ideas for new project, you can bring it up and have the potential to create a new team or compete for a new contract / funding. Team building activities are fun and you get the chance to know new friends in this remoting working era.
