I have been working at Nielsen full-time

    Pros

Flexible hours and remote working (but depends on team and manager) People are generally friendly Dynamic work, typical of agencies

    Cons

Stingy with salary raises and promotions, low base salary ($39k/yr), no annual increment, pay will be stuck for a few years Slightly unorganised, not streamlined workflow - too many people taking care of different parts of a project, will get confusing Lack of consistent transparency High turnover Unclear training structure Constant structural change

    Doesn't Recommend

    I worked at Nielsen full-time

    Pros

People are generally friendly, opportunity to learn. One will definitely learn plenty on their area of specialization.

    Cons

Poor compensation, minimal HR, extremely long hours. Overtime is fine but working everyday and ever increasing scope of work suggests a lack of boundaries. There is a disconnect when upper management sell without research background. Constant restructuring.

    Cons

A lot of turnover and change, little focus on people
