      Mediocre pay The farmers don’t take as good of care of the animals as they have you think business model False marketing! (I will not buy their products now)

      There is none, there is none, zero.

      Cons

      The worst place to work, they are dishonest, racist, they treat animals in an inhumane way, there is no such thing as "raised with care" garbage of human beings and don't bother to talk to human resources or management because things don't they are going to improve.

      Pros

      I love working for Niman Ranch because people are welcoming and work hard. A lot is expected of you, but there is always someone who will help you if you ask.

      Cons

      The biggest drawback for me is on processes for changes. It feels like any new change everyone has to drop what they are doing and focus on that thing.
