Clear initial training to help you get settled. Regular Zoom events and check-ins to keep everyone in the loop. Thoughtful, smart, and collaborative people. Helping organize events that bring different voices together is something I really enjoy. I get to work closely with leaders who care about moving past stale political arguments. There's great energy behind what this team is building.
