Pros
• A lot of friendly people. • Company provides phone & food. • Office space is really nice. • Healthcare.
Cons
• The company hasn't shipped a game in 6 years. • Management is made of programmers who don't understand other disciplines yet stand as judges for everything. • Producers are inexperienced and drive employee pro-activity down. • Nepotism is really strong. • Women are treated unequally. • Employees get fired regularly. • Foreigners get fired a lot easier than locals. • A lot of people just try to blend in to keep enjoying the perks without putting their job at risk. Creativity and communication inside teams suffer a lot from this. • 75% of the work force is junior with no experience in making games. • No clear career path inside the company. Employees move up through friendship with management. • The Feedback system is based on employees trashing each other rather than resolving issues. Employees try to be nice but management pushes them to be harsh to their peers which producers later use as leverage. Extremely disappointing. • Salary is high for Serbia but low for anywhere else in the West. • HR is good at organizing fun events but fails at core HR tasks.
