This company has no idea what they are doing from a employee perspective. They so what the client tells them no matter what the impact has on the employee. There core responsibility is to pay their employees consistently and that has not been the case.

Expect to work overtime even if you are surpassing company expectation and goals. Senior management say they respect work/life balance, they really don't. They expect you to come in early and leave late regardless of what is going on in one's personal life. Expected to work efficiently in an office with constant issues with their phone and internet systems.
