Pros
The working environment in OCBC is very people-friendly, productive and conducive. The people in OCBC are generally helpful, supportive and kind which was one of plus point that helped me adapt to the working environment quickly.
Cons
I feel that there should be more bonding session between departments where we will get to know each other better. Even though, we might not be working on projects together, we should still be a big family together.
