Pros

they offered Good Pay they offered Good Benefits Occasionally they had Wine Wednesday Best coffee ever Good restaurant across the street

Cons

This is not a company for those in their mid-career. This company is very reminiscent of the environment held by Oracle Retail (RETEK). Filled with many A Types who work round the clock. If you have a family or life, not a good place to work at all. While they do say you can work remotely, I was never allowed to do that. Many of the employees are uptight....no wonder, they are being worked to death. To the point where someone sent me an email asking me to return their cereal bowl, which was a plastic container they bought some ice cream in. Really? You are so uptight that you are calling me out on a disposable ice cream container. I hated it there, the atmosphere was horrible, the people were definitely not friendly at all, and it was in a super crappy part of Minneapolis (1200 block of Washington Ave.).

Unsustainable

Pros

- Pay above industry average - Awesome medical benefits - 401k match - Casual culture - Work from anywhere in USA from home too unless you are traveling - Great co-workers.

Cons

Everything is great until there is a slowdown in business. The business model is not built for sustainability. Every one is happy getting paid great, working on great projects until the revenue is great, fun environment, friendly co workers. BUT any kind of bump and everything is in chaos, people get laid off, upper management jumps ship, pay raises/bonuses are on hold and the environment becomes cut throat for people to remain on projects to show productivity ... In short - No long term vision.
