Pros

Nice people and got to meet some very pleasant individuals.

Cons

Never in my life have I experienced working for a company with so much havoc and disarray from all levels of the food chain. They make promises that they never keep, overwork and underpay their employees, and have the most irrational recruitment and employee transaction processes I have ever seen. Upper management and headquarters in Mexico are unethical and conniving. It's sad because they have some really nice people working there that are grtting taken advantage of cause they can't find jobs in the US due to their English.

Pros

Great hard working people you get to meet. Company is located in legacy, very nice area to work at, there are great restaurants and you will have many options at lunch time.

Cons

Management is ridiculous. CEO says one thing and 5 min later will denied it or just change his mind. Very unethical company, you can’t think on your own, if you are proactive or show leadership they feel threatened, it becomes a constant battle. People are afraid to go against the CEO even though they know they are right. You have to agree with him 100% of you will be in trouble.

-good products -sometimes get to travel -discount on products -job is easy -regional managers are great -meet all kinds of people

Cons

-average benefits -no raises -low pay -no overtime -no chance for promotions -old IT equipment -they expect much but don't reward employees Company is constantly changing General Managers. New GM has never taken the time to know employees or talk to any of them. Benefits are slowly being taken away
