      Pros

      The non management guys are the best. They help each other out and look out for each other. Medical insurance is decent.

      Cons

      Management does not care one bit about its workers. It's all about getting there bonuses and over working there employees. They never tell the truth to employees and will flat out lie to employees if it makes their job easier. If you want to get promoted suck up to management.
