      Management - Doesn't know what they want, no clear direction, useless monthly town hall - Poor management people especially CDO - No hybrid / remote work, attendance checking is required Products / Services - Limited Product Offerings - Limited Coins / Pairs - Poor UI (Like Your Grandmother Era) - Poor Platform Company - Start-up company with old banking mindset - No structure - Reporting line always change

      Cons

      Listen to the other reviews. Leadership needs work - treat employees with respect, especially if they have the right working attitude. You are not doing them a favour; they are trading expertise and time to work for you.
