      Being a startup, this company's culture makes you feel like home. Amazing co-workers, and an amazing Founder. You feel like your work matters, and you get close and hands-on to what you're tasked with.

      Pros

      You have very nice and friendly atmosphere next to OVOU people and management. There is humbleness, and you don't see any top-bottom decisions without discussing them.

      Pros

      OVOU was a fun dynamic place of work, with a strong team based culture. Of course there was the expectation of being able to perform your duties on your own and work well alongside everyone else, but should you ever need assistance or support someone was ready to step in. I learned a lot about startup environments and business practices.

      Cons

      The only con while I was with OVOU (and this I feel is true of most startups) is how many roles you can take on depending on the daily flow of things. This can be stressful to manage for people not familiar or comfortable with such a dynamic high energy environment.
