bad office politics, unclear KPI indicators (100% subjective), trust me once you find out what's in here you'll feel the urge to get out🤫 better safe than sorry
You can overwork, but only if you want. And only if you are lazy enough to procrastinate your work. If you have good time management and task management, you probably can enjoy the rest of your weekday to chill and relax. Also, the WFA policy is still available for some departments, until unknown.
Cons
Not many cons as far as I recall. I can't even think of one. Sometimes it feels like I need to work at night and on weekends, but turned out it only happened because I procrastinate. Overall, I don't really think there are any big cons for me personally.
