      I enjoying the under paid staff. amazing people.

      Poorly under paid, Employer does what they want and dont care about employees. they refuse to pay properly for any job position. they enjoy scamming their own employees to get them to do what they want. Try to smooth everything over with buying fast food for lunch.

      The fact the owners didn't come around very often so you could do as you please

      The owners of the company have a large ego and they think they are the only ones to know anything about the business and everyone else is dumb. Also the owners will stretch the truth to get a client and then leave it with the workers to fix the issues with there truth stretching...
