Pros

-Small company with freedom - good people

Cons

-CEO thinks he runs a large, successful company but it really doesn't make any money -No accountability from management, zero transparency - low pay, no benefits (401k is 3% or less, its a joke) - people are constantly leaving

Thank you for your review. All reviews whether positive or negative help us in our decision and making our company better. I personally think ObjectWave finds a good balance between serving our customers and serving our employees. I believe we allow a good work life balance as exemplified by our flex time policy. We are always looking for ways to improve our process and our work, which directly allows our people to learn and grow. From 2013 through 2015, ObjectWave grew 300% while going through a business transformation. And although there are many difficulties with doing so, in the end after 26 years we are still business with many employees being at ObjectWave for more than 15 years.

Pros

- Friendly employees - If this is your first job, then jump, otherwise don't

Cons

- You will never get a position promotion - You will never get a salary increase ( forget it, never ever ask something like that) - Do not ask for training ( that is too expensive, again forget it ) - You will have to perform extra work, do more than your best, and without any kind of reward - Objectwave enjoys to hire "the very best project managers".. and gets PMs without enough knowledge about management. ( what a waste of money...) - People are constantly leaving ( any clue? ) - No growing plan for employees

Thank you for your review, we take your comments seriously and we truly try to make ObjectWave a better place to work. I'm assuming your review is for ObjectWave de Mexico, and although ObjectWave US is strongly affiliated with OW Mexico the work rules are very different in Mexico versus the US. It is hard to comment on your posting since in 8 years of your employment there were at least 3 different compensation adjustments that tripled the average salary in Mexico. So I don't understand how you can make your comments and it is very hard to address. But your title gives good advice, and I too suggest talking to employees former and current before considering ObjectWave whether US or Mexico.

Pros

Flexible Time, good people, good culture, Stability You have the chance to learn a lot about ecommerce technologies.

Cons

You get stuck in the same project for a large time. You will never get a salary increase You will get more responsibilities, for the same salary, sometimes work can be overwhelming They don't pay extra time to employees in Mexico offices, they take saturday day as a labor day, so they make up.
