Leadership Unrealistic Expectations Zero pipeline Quota attainment was impossible. You could stay there for 5+ years and not see a raise in your base salary. A ton of turnover No clear vision at all

You will learn to work while getting a ridiculously low compensation. It might prepare you for the worst lifestyle.

Cons

The people at the top are awfully arrogant and selfish. They pay pennies to employee exhaustion is considered a routine, and employee burnout is avoided. They even joke about it. It shows their complete lack of emotions or empathy.
