Dysfunctional family with questionable leadership qualities.

Pros

Handy for shops and fortune of war. Despite the challenges, people in my team work hard and work well together to deliver quality work in difficult situations.

Cons

Leadership are driven by success at the expense of those who work for them. Strategies are bounced around like a child play ball with no clear direction or objectives on how, when, what and who will be responsible for delivery. Rewards are slim pickings, the poor pay that's below industry benchmark, unfair bonus scheme with no transparency, little to no promotional opportunities, and the ever changing job descriptions and responsibilities with no consultation have all contributed towards low moral and misery.

A culture of Fear and Blame

Pros

Nice offices. Convenient location - that's it!

Cons

Do you want to work for a company who's first reaction to a problem is to investigate who is to blame? Do you want to work for a company where the CEO publishes an e-mail telling all staff what the average bonus was? So if you got less than average you can realise your "true" value. Do you want to work for a company where the CEO of a company that employs only c400 people earns a total package in excess of £1m? Do you want to work for a company that feels it is okay to spend members money on sponsoring Premier league matches that the CEO and senior managers attend? Do you want to work for a company where the CEO thinks its acceptable management behaviour to belittle staff in front of colleagues? If your answer to the above questions is "yes" then OneFamily is the company for you.

Pros

Really friendly people at the sharp end. Good social scene and fun events like parties, volunteering, free football tickets and charity stuff. Casual dress and good location.

Cons

Poor leadership - CEO is an egomaniac, unpleasant and only cares about his bonus. They haven’t run the business well and don’t care about their people. Old process and too many systems, needs IT investment if it’s going to compete. Poor pay
