Pros

Very strong growth environment where high performers are recognised and given opportunities to step up quickly. You get meaningful ownership early on and exposure to complex, enterprise-level conversations. Leadership encourages speed, accountability, and continuous improvement, which helps you develop both commercially and personally. Collaborative culture across regions, with supportive teammates and managers. The product portfolio is highly relevant, especially with increasing demand around privacy, security, and AI governance, which makes conversations with customers engaging and impactful.

Cons

Pace can be fast and expectations are high, so it may feel challenging for those who prefer a more structured or slower environment. Priorities can shift quickly, so adaptability is important.

Pros

Good benefits and pay, actually able to use unlimited PTO, people were nice and always super helpful, good work environment, you really can learn a lot in a career here

Cons

OneTrust just laid off hundreds, if not close to a thousand, employees, leaving everyone completely blindsided. All I've gotta say is - something like that takes MONTHS of planning. You don't decide to lay off almost 1/3 of your staff overnight, yet employees had zero clue. The company that preaches about an "employee first culture" and how trust will "change the world" can't even give their employees a heads up that they're about to get laid off. It's nothing more than a corporate game - at the end of the day the executive team only cares about themselves and the money in their pockets. They don't really care about any employees.

Pros

The HR team is writing fake positive reviews.

Cons

Leadership is toxic at its best During this corona scare, the CEO is telling people they HAVE to come to the office and does not want anyone working from home. He does not trust anyone outside his inner circle to get their jobs done and doesn't allow anyone to stay safe and healthy. His health and his bottom line are FAR more important than anyone else's. His management is constantly monitoring people and it feels like big brother is watching you all the time. For a privacy company, they really don't seem to value people's privacy.

OneTrust Response

OneTrust takes the health and safety of its employees very seriously. We responded to this crisis quickly and established an internal COVID Task Team to closely monitor the ongoing developments of COVID-19 (coronavirus), take the necessary precautions for the safety of our team members around the world and to educate our employees on the status of the disease, tips for prevention, work travel implications, changes to our travel policy and more. In addition to the guidance provided to our global team, we always encourage employees to raise any concerns and work 1:1 with each employees who requests additional flexibility or support. On March 16th, we implemented a temporary telework arrangement for our office in Melbourne, Australia and within days implemented across all of our global offices. At this time, every OneTrust employee has the option to work remotely. In order to make sure our team has options available to them, we continue to do everything we can to maintain a safe work environment for those who prefer to work from the office. In addition to the preventive measures already in place, we scheduled on-going specialized cleaning services with a company whose staff is specifically trained in Pandemic Cleaning. We also challenged ourselves to go beyond simply offering a telework option and focused on how we can best support our employees, retain our culture and maintain a strong sense of connectedness while our employees are working remotely. Within two days we put the right IT plan in place (even approving employees to take additional IT assets like monitors home with them), rolled out training on best practices and shared our company strategy in a global all hands. We will continue to put our people first and do everything we can to help each person navigate and succeed in these unprecedented times. If there is anything more we can do to support you, please contact HR.
