      Nothing, even the workplace is awful, work tools are out of date. They cannot afford a 2nd screens and licences

      Cons

      - Terrible management (from HR to exec) - over exploiting - terrible salary - awful workplace for IT workers VS administrators palace - no bonus even if you work like a slave, and no recognition - no carrier path management
