      Fair benefits and to be honest that's all

      Cons

      - Non-existing supplier management; almost looks like the company has no idea about anything except for sales numbers. - Self-righteous managers with no leadership skills; The main function of them is to pass order from top managers and hide away from responsibilities. - Simply do not care about entry-level employees - Poor cross-departmental communication

      No real learning, most of the staff aren't interested in learning. The company is going nowhere, its market share is low and declining. The increases sections of market share in the projector industry aren't being won over by Optoma because their R&D can't compete with Panasonic and Epson, and their marketing can't compete either. They also pay badly

      Non mgmt employees are dedicated, hard working and friendly

      Cons

      They pay extremely low and it shows in the quality of management they hire. Directors and above run the business likes it's 1995 and will drive/fire/push anyone out who tries to make positive change. The sales team is micromanaged to a fault; it's a wonder anyone stays under the autocracy of the VP's.
