This company took over Columbiana Hi Tech and ran it into the ground. The company would not give Safety any help on inspections, training, investigations, etc. they wanted one person to take care of everything with low pay. I was over EH&S for two facilities, three shifts with 150-175 employees & contractors, they would not grant supply help and terminated me due to not being able to fulfill my work duties. This company has great benefits but below average pay and ran by single digit IQ management. HR is a JOKE!!! employees did not want to talk to HR because of the bipolar nature of the employee in that role. They will promote people who messes up before someone who is going by procedures and trying to make the company a better place to work. The morale is as low as i have ever seen at a work place, it is a chilled work environment. This company only does knee jerk reactions and puts a small band-aid on the issue instead of being proactive to resolve problems from occurring again.

Orano has an awful work environment and the staff are underpaid. You show up to work, put in your 8 hours and leave. Socializing and talking to your co workers during working hours is not allowed and upper management are all micro managers.
