great people to work with some are encouraging beautiful location to work in with great food choices some great clients

Cons

hr department consisting of a barely-there hr rep hr rep that is not encouraging but will scold you/raise their voice at you the pay increase is little to non-existent compensation is low promotion w/o valid salary increase no growth/progression job scope is vague and functions on an ad-hoc basis not recommended for people looking for growth opportunities

Cons

Rather exploitative approaches towards employees not working in countries with unions. If you work in certain teams you have to do night shifts. Shift hours tend to change frequently with little concern for how it can affect your social life.

there are many good employees that are wonderful to work with the benefits are one of the best work flexibility actual work is fun and makes me like my job i would stay if the company is making money

Cons

the higher level people are not really doing their job - they talk a lot but do not bring in results leaders fluff alot but do not bring in results dwindling projects
