      Pros

      Honestly, they give you a paycheck, benefits are ok.

      Cons

      The work culture has deteriorated over the years. They are prejudice and cast judgment if you are on a separate team. They do not care about your development or care to compensate fairly, they are constantly paying below industry average.

      Pros

      - They will recruit anyone who shows they're willing to learn pentesting - Your office will have everything you need to do your job provided for you - If it's your first time web app pentesting, they will provide you with training - One little quirk about working at Outpost: if you want to change departments for whatever reason, for example if you prefer working in Support or the Dev team, it's as simple as asking your boss - The dream of Swedish work/life balance can be found in this company; flex your week however you like.

      Cons

      - The pay for this job is terrible by industry standards. Not surprising when you realise that the company began with hiring students from the nearby BTH university. It seems like the pay range never caught up with reality here. According to some websites, you'll earn about half the national average salary for this role - Although they do offer remote working for Tier 2 and above, you're usually only allowed to remote work from countries where Outpost24 has a physical office.
