      Flexible work schedule(most of the time) Nice people but in minorities A lot of great talent that's unfortunately getting neglected

      Cons

      Toxic leadership team and HR No real benefits No bonuses No real career progression They disregard your preferences and focus on what benefits their own needs(even if it's an illusion) Cunning tactics are usually used by HR to lead you to a loop(be careful when interacting with them or don't even interact at all)
