Pros

Lets cut to the chase. This is not the worst company but they are not great. Snacks and massages don't make up for the fact that they are a very poorly run organization. They promote based on likes not on qualification. They want a Yes Man. Puppets. Ask them to show you the actual turnover in the company - especially in sales. The sales managers were coming and going and the sales VP must be there there for show. Most people in other departments such as production, cs, accounting, etc will tell you they are miserable. The only pro is the part time wfh days which remains to be seen if that will last. At first every thing is laid back and fun, they will make you believe they are different but they are still a corporation that does not care about you.

Cons

All of the positive reviews are fake. They basically cram down your throat to do these surveys to offset the negative truthful ones. CEO is mostly cool to talk to but don't trust him. HR is a scam, do not trust. Dont let them lure you in with snacks, parties, and the fake image they are trying to sell. Tried to cover up harassment before, nothing was done and she left. Not the only time either. As long as they make their money and pretend like nothing is wrong. Male managers were and are perverted and creepy. They will say you are like family and you need to run from that. RUN.

Pros

Well it is a job

Cons

To start this place has some of the most outdated equipment and you have to provide your own equipment if you work remote certain days because they tell you everything is "accessible online". Which basically means they don't want to purchase laptops for everyone. They try to promote it as a hybrid environment but they force you to come into the office and look down upon you if you do choose to work remote some days. So many people have resigned due to this and the pay it's crazy. You will be told that you will make a certain amount of money as they brag on older tenured reps but those same reps will attempt to take deals from newer reps. CEO is so far out of the loop and just wants yes people on the team. Not surprised that after a bad review there is a mysterious anonymous great review to cover up for the truth that is being said. Upper management doesn't listen to middle management and below because things have always been done their way and they don't feel they need to listen. This is a place of favoritism so be aware of that with no real training.

OxBlue Response

OxBlue is most successful when we capitalize on opportunity and culture which are essential to both innovation and our shared experience. We believe that we are at our best when we’re together, collaborating under one roof, but we also recognize the need for flexibility. Depending on their role, employees may work remotely up to 2 days per week once onboarding is complete. We are up front and transparent about our policy, the prior statement is taken directly from the job postings on our website. If we have favoritism it is towards performance, engagement and positive attitudes regardless of tenure.

Pros

Honestly the best reason I have for working there is, the friends I made. I was there for 6 years and that's really the only pro from working there.

Cons

Pay, moving up in the company, you better kiss up to people for raises. Doing your job well does nothing for how well your treated. You'll beat your body to the point of wanting to leave but they pay you just enough to not leave. Upper management doesn't care about you. They preach culture but that's a joke. If you're thinking about working here, just move along. I was here for over 6 years and all I have to show for it, is a piece of glass the resembles some sort of award.
