Pros

As Glassdoor has asked for pros, It's None None None None Yes, Knowledge you can gain a lot

Cons

If you are ready to become a slave, then this is the best place for you. You won't be able to take comp off, no lunch and no transportation facilities adjusted by them. You should come on your own on weekends, you can be fired anytime soon if you backfire to the upper level management. Mr Indian CEO, take a look what's going on inside the building box and appreciate the young talents rather than firing them without having a prior knowledge what's going around. Hr are dummies and puppets here. I know you guys are making huge profits and what is given in return is less than a penny to us. And yeah notice period had been increased to 6 months, every now and then policies are changed here.

Pros

stable pay and nice colleagues

Cons

Do not dare to show that you are smarter than your German boss if you want to avoid being harassed. Xenophobe comments, if you are the wrong nationality (according to some German boss), then you are worthless, lack of office support when in the field, you are good only if your boss likes you regardless of your actual work performance, poor or no training, poor planning, travel for weeks with unpaid weekends, just to name a few of them.
