In its prime, we had a great team, culture, smart people.
Cons
Company was acquired and over time this eroded the entrepreneurial culture and team was downsized.

-Innovative and growing industry of biometrics, IoT and the acceleration of digital health due to COVID-19 -Nice and caring colleagues that look out for each other -Great office space and facilities -Generous benefits & perks -People are treated as unique individuals and there a genuine effort to promote a D&I agenda
Cons
-A lot of change since acquisition last year by Zepp Health which has been disrupting and distracting at times -Big turnover in the last six months which is sad -Cultural changes that come with going from a start-up to being acquired by a huge company
