This is one of the best companies I have ever worked for. I love the 12 hour shift simply because you only work half the month.

Cons

The only con is they don't match 401k, but that's still ok.

Working with the people at PBM and for the RR Donnelly Company has all the affects of being in a second home working to make money with your family. The countless hours of overtime not only benefits my house hold but working with great people makes it alot easier.

Cons

The only downside about this job is the 12 hour shifts to many of them back to back will wear your body tired, but i find myself pushing through it.

Pros

advanced very quickly from press helper, to 2nd pressmen. Excellent training and learning opportunity, people always willing to help. Able to get along with all employees, in a friendly bit rough around the edges environment. Despite not having any industrial background I was given the chance, opportunity to prove myself. Was great, no phone calls, no cubicle, no computer work, one of the best jobs I ever had.

Cons

not really a con, just a fact of the job. Work with harsh, and dangerous chemicals.
