Disorganized, unethical, terrible executive team
Pros
Regional Manager I reported to was the true definition of a leader and the only reason I wanted to work for this company.
Cons
Director of Sales is completely incompetent and has no business running a national division or managing people. Pay is way below industry standards for what is required of the job. Many field reps are making 25-35k less than their peers they share regions with but are required to do ten times the amount of admin work on a day to day. Territories are not assigned fairly, some are required to do more than 75% travel while others less than 5% with the same T&E budget. Executive team is extremely unethical in their treatment of employees, and is apparent there is major favoritism based off how certain reps look. This company does not value talent and promotes those with lack of experience, communication skills, and true leadership ability. The onboarding process for new hires is extremely disorganized or when offered is way past start date. They have no sense of the business and the partnerships they are apart of and need to get a better sense of what is happening day to day in the field. Changes are implemented constantly with no direction, follow through, or proper communication which creates chaos constantly for the field team. Goals are not always accurate or are given very late in the month.
