Delusional management team, especially new management. All they do is talk a big talk but they are unable to walk the walk! Sales are very low and all they are doing is blaming sales instead of production that is poorly trained, slow and has wrong items coming out and being sent to clients! This makes everyone look stupid and unprofessional. - pcl has good employees who are hard working and some have been here for 10-20 years, these people are willing to walk out because of how bad the culture became and how poorly they are treated, everyone is unhappy and looking for new opportunities. - zero advancement in your career and pay as low as they can
