Pros

Absolutely nothing at all I can say good about this place.

Cons

You get introuble for being even one minute late. People are nasty, rude and a childish. Management is a joke, it's like they were hired out of middle school. They don't care about their employees. Minimum wage is literally minimum to them and they will over work and stress you out. They don't want to pay you more so they hire trashy people. 0/10 if you respect yourself don't waste your time here.

Pros

Holiday Meals and a job

Cons

If you don't know someone or kiss but you will never grow in this company. I have seen people be bullied by supervisor and nothing being done. I'm looking for another job

Pros

Great coworkers and nice supervisors. Pay was very low, but the work did not require a lot of thought. Not a lot of training, but any full-time employee was eligible for benefits and paid time off after 90 days. Overtime is available if you meet your standard. They held company picnics every few months. Very casual environment.

Cons

PDP is an okay company, but if you cannot work fast and are not physically fit, then it will be challenging. In the distribution center, you are required to produce a certain amount of work per task and not have too much accumulated "non task time" throughout the day, even too many bathroom breaks will lower your production value. Your "standard" must be kept at 100% every week, or else they will put you on an improvement plan, which will eventually get you fired if you do not improve after a few weeks. What was obnoxious was that no one told you exactly how your production value was calculated, so all you could do was try your best without any understanding of how to improve or meet your standard. If I had known all this beforehand, I wouldn't have taken the job. Managers could be nasty. I was called lazy on multiple occasions when I was really just trying to grab some water and keep myself from being completely exhausted.
