Wonderful supportive company to work for

Pros

Presence really puts its employees mental health and wellness as a top priority. With Holiday bonus time given to allow employees to spend that much needed time with loved ones, without the worry of working around a busy work schedule. Supportive management. Lots of sales tools to make daily work in the field easier than any other company I’ve been with.

Surrounded by great/top-notch people. Flexibility to plan & execute your workload however you see fit. Remote work that is likely helpful for parents. Focus on providing healthy food to employees at events.

Cons

If you're a great employee who gets your work done consistently, they often assign additional responsibilities without a pay increase & there is a lack of support with the increased workload. Long hours are not necessarily expected, but are the only way to handle the expectations of the position (thus, ruining any chance of a work/life balance). They consolidate positions & then force people to interview for their own job/to keep their employment at all (or make folks step down with a pay decrease due to the companie's decision to consolidate roles). This had occurred even to employees who had been with the company for 5-10yrs.

great benefits and there are a few good people here

Cons

They like to fire people for no reason and they are a very closed group. You will never feel like a part of a team here. The owner of the company is a nut job.
